Hello lovelies! Lisette from Lisette Loves in the house.. I blog lifestyle, interior, photography and DIY. My Facemask Friday is making a come back today with a fantastic fruity gem.

Mash a handful of cherries and a few strawberries, add a dash of lemon juice and a drizzle of honey. Mix well, apply to the skin and leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse with warm water. To get extra exfoliation you could add a teaspoon of brown sugar.

Skin Benefits:
* Strawberries are packed full of lovely antioxidants
* Mashed cherries when applied to the skin leave it feeling silky and soft, reduce rosacea and the natural acids help break down old skin cells.
* Honey works as an antioxidant and antiseptic properties
* Lemon juice can fight inflammation and unclog pores

As you can tell by my startled expression it was a little more watery than anticipated but this can be remedied by draining off some of the excess juice or using less ripe cherries. Afterwards my skin was silky smooth and I definitely noticed an improvement to the red areas of my skin, plus it smells utterly amazing.

Bisous lisette xoxo
